On the first of each month, we calculate your commission on active MRR from your referrals and wire it. Clean statement, no reconciliation.

Commission is calculated on the net MRR we actually collect — excluding taxes, Stripe processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks. If a customer cancels or churns, their commission line simply ends the next cycle; no claw-back of prior months.
Payout happens by ACH (US) or international wire (rest of world) on the first business day of each month for the prior month's accrued commission. Minimum payout threshold is $50 — anything under that rolls to the next cycle.

Your customer enters your code at checkout on our pricing page. Stripe records the promotion code on the subscription, we link it to your partner account server-side, and commission starts accruing on the next billing cycle.
Yes — we can configure your code to include a customer-facing discount (typically 10%) alongside your commission, if that helps you close. Default is no customer discount, full commission to the partner.
Absolutely. Plenty of our partners use SAIDR themselves and bring their network on as a side effect. You won't earn commission on your own subscription, but everything else stacks normally.
Your commission ends the cycle they cancel — no claw-back of the commission you already earned. If they reactivate, commission resumes.
Not for Referral-tier (10%). For Agency and Strategic tiers we'll send a short mutual agreement — one page, nothing unusual. Legal can review if they want.
You do for anything you introduced us to. We tag referred accounts internally and keep our outbound team off them. You can co-sell, cross-sell, or hand off at your discretion.
