Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored securely hashed).

Prospect Data: You may upload prospect information (names, titles, companies, email addresses, LinkedIn URLs, and other business details) via CSV import or manual entry. This data is used to generate personalized emails.

Generated Content: We store the AI-generated email content created through our platform, including subjects, body text, and associated metadata.

Usage Analytics: We automatically collect usage data such as feature usage, generation counts, login timestamps, browser type, and IP address to improve the service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your full credit card number.

Service Delivery: To provide our core service — generating personalized outreach emails from your prospect data using AI.

AI Processing: Prospect data and context you provide is sent to our AI provider to generate personalized email content. This data is processed in real time and is not used to train AI models.

Service Improvement: We analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve email generation quality, user experience, and platform performance.

Communications: To send you service-related notifications, billing updates, and important policy changes.

Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

All data is hosted in the United States on secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security reviews

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We rely on a small set of sub-processors to operate SAIDR. Each one is named here for transparency and to meet GDPR / CCPA disclosure requirements. We do not disclose the specific AI model or research provider in product surfaces — this list is the authoritative record for data-protection purposes.

AI generation (Anthropic, Inc.): Prospect fields you upload and your custom context are sent to an enterprise-grade large language model provider to generate personalized email drafts. Data is processed under commercial API terms that prohibit training on your content. See the provider's privacy policy.

Company + prospect research (Exa Labs, Inc.): When you onboard or run a LinkedIn decision-maker search, we send the target company name and public search queries to a web-search provider to surface public signal used in email personalization. See the provider's privacy policy.

Payments (Stripe, Inc.): Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store your full card number — it is processed directly by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Analytics (Google LLC): We use privacy- respecting analytics on our marketing pages to understand aggregate visitor behavior. Product pages (authenticated dashboard, generate, linkedin, settings) are not tracked by third-party analytics. See Google's privacy policy.

If you need a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or a copy of the current sub-processor list on your vendor portal, email privacy@saidr.io.

Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Prospect Data: You can delete your prospect data and generated emails at any time from within the platform. Deleted data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Usage Logs: Aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form.

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Update or correct inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Data Export — Export your prospect data and generated content
• Restriction — Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances

Essential Cookies: Session authentication tokens required for the platform to function. These cannot be disabled.

Preference Cookies: Store your theme preference (light/dark mode) and other UI settings.

Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics cookies to help us understand usage patterns. You can opt out using browser extensions or cookie settings.

SAIDR is a tool for generating personalized outreach emails. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated emails complies with the CAN-SPAM Act and any other applicable anti-spam laws, including:

• Not using deceptive subject lines or header information
• Including a valid physical postal address in your emails
• Providing a clear opt-out mechanism
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly

Adriall, LLC is not responsible for how you choose to use the content generated by our platform.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• The right to data portability
• The right to object to processing
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Our legal basis for processing your data is: (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and (c) your consent where applicable.

Data is transferred from the EEA to the United States where our servers are located. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of SAIDR after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
