By accessing or using SAIDR ("the Service"), operated by Adriall, LLC ("Adriall," "we," "us," or "our") at app.saidr.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adriall, LLC. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SAIDR is an AI-powered email generation platform that helps sales professionals and businesses create personalized outreach emails. The Service includes:

• Importing and managing prospect data (via CSV upload or manual entry)
• AI-powered generation of personalized outreach emails
• Campaign management and email organization
• Email sending capabilities
• Analytics and performance tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others
• Maintain only one account per person
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use SAIDR to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam legislation
• Generate or send content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or process data you do not have the right to use
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Content is provided "as-is." Email content generated by SAIDR is created using artificial intelligence and is intended as a draft for your review. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content
• Response rates, conversion rates, or any specific business outcomes
• Compliance of generated content with specific laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before sending. By sending any email generated through SAIDR, you take full responsibility for its content.

Plans: SAIDR offers tiered subscription plans with different email generation limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Free Trial: New users receive a free trial with a limited number of email generations. No credit card is required for the trial.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Overage Credits: If you exceed your plan's monthly email generation limit, you may purchase additional credits at the per-email rate specified in your plan. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.

Refunds: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge. Renewals and credit packs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Our Property: The SAIDR platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Adriall, LLC. All rights are reserved.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you upload to SAIDR, including prospect information, custom prompts, and any context you provide.

Generated Content: You own the email content generated for you through the Service. We claim no ownership over generated content. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it as you see fit, subject to applicable laws.

Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADRIALL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adriall, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Content generated through your account
• Emails sent using or based on content from the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

By You: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@saidr.io or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In cases of serious violations (spam, illegal activity), termination may be immediate and without refund.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@saidr.io.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email at the address associated with your account
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
