What counts as a “send”

Every AI-generated email counts toward your monthly quota when it's generated, not when it's sent. LinkedIn messages share the same quota. Regenerations count as one additional send per regeneration. Previews and edits do not.

Overage credits

Blow through your monthly quota? Click Add credits on the billing page. Credits are priced per 50-credit pack (currently $5 per pack regardless of plan) and carry over to the next cycle.

Upgrading, downgrading, switching plans

Upgrade takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference.
Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you don't lose access in the middle of a month.
Switching between paid plans happens from the Billing Portal (click Manage Billing on the billing page). Stripe handles proration automatically.

Cancellation & reactivation

Click Cancel subscription. You keep full access through the end of your current billing cycle, then your workspace drops to the free trial tier (25 sends/month). Your prospect lists, templates, and campaign history stay intact.

Changed your mind before the cycle ends? Click Reactivate subscription — one click. You're not charged anything extra; billing simply resumes on the original schedule.

Failed payment? Stripe retries automatically up to 4 times over ~3 weeks. At each attempt, we email every active admin with a clear call to update the card. If all retries fail, the subscription cancels automatically and the workspace drops to the free trial tier.

Invoices & receipts

Every payment generates a Stripe-issued receipt sent to the tenant's admin emails. You can download past invoices anytime from the Billing Portal. For annual contracts, NET-30 invoicing, or purchase orders, reply to any SAIDR email and we'll set it up.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of sales tax and VAT. Where applicable, Stripe Tax calculates and adds it at checkout based on your billing address. If your organization is tax-exempt, email support@saidr.io with your exemption certificate and we'll apply it to your account.
