Getting started with SAIDR

From zero to your first AI-drafted outreach in under ten minutes.

SAIDR writes cold emails and LinkedIn messages that read like a smart human who did their homework. You bring a list of prospects; our AI writes the outreach; you review, edit, and send. This page walks you through the first pass end-to-end.

1 · Create your account

Go to app.saidr.io/register and fill in your name, company, email, and a password.

Check your inbox for a verification email from support@saidr.io. Click the link. If it doesn't arrive in a minute, check your spam folder — then reply to our welcome email so we can help sort deliverability.

Log in. You'll be asked to accept the license once, then routed into a 5-step onboarding wizard.

2 · Complete onboarding

The wizard asks five short questions. You can change anything later under Company Profile:

Company: name + website (the website helps our AI understand what you do).
Offering: your value proposition and key benefits — 2–4 bullets, conversational.
Sender: the name and title that will appear in the signature.
Sending email: Connect your Google or Microsoft 365 account via OAuth (one click), or configure custom SMTP for other providers. See Connect your sending email.
Review: confirm the summary and click finish.

Using Gmail or Microsoft 365? Connect via OAuth at Settings → Integrations — one click, no app password. For other providers (Zoho, Proton, iCloud, Yahoo, custom domains), see the email setup guides.

3 · Upload a prospect list

Go to Generate Emails and drop in a CSV. The minimum columns are first_name, last_name, email, title, and company. A linkedin_url makes the output dramatically sharper. Full spec and a downloadable template: Prospect CSV format.

4 · Review, edit, send

SAIDR generates a draft for each row in parallel. Every draft shows the subject line and body — click Preview to read, Edit to refine, or use Send All when the batch looks good. Emails go out from your connected inbox; replies come back to you directly, not through SAIDR.

5 · (Optional) Work LinkedIn

Under LinkedIn, type any company name and click Find Decision Makers. SAIDR searches public LinkedIn via our research engine, surfaces the decision makers who match your target titles, and drafts AI-written InMail-ready messages. Full walkthrough: LinkedIn outreach.
